Carol O'Boyle is the Office Manager for O'Boyle Wealth Management, a full service financial planning and investment management firm, located in Beverly Hills, California.
Carol joined O'Boyle Wealth Management in 2013 and is responsible for overseeing our client's administrative requests and the firm's back office operations. Carol previously worked for six years in financial services at both Bank of America and Citibank; her unique insight has helped to optimize your client experience via systematic, repeatable processes.
Carol's passion and commitment to organization and structure have streamlined office operations. Carol maintains our client files and manages client administrative requests including electronic account opening, account transfers, check processing and cashiering requests. Carol also works as part of O'Boyle Wealth Management's compliance team with a focus on implementing internal controls and fine tuning compliance policies and procedures.
Carol holds a Bachelor's Degree from the College of Business & Economics at California State University, Northridge (CSUN) and a Master of Science degree in Financial Planning from the College of Financial Planning. Carol earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2020 after completing the professional education program through the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Carol also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation.
